LINKUPOS

User Responsibility Agreement

Last updated: April 6, 2026

Why this exists

LinkUpOS generates content and actions for your LinkedIn account. That means we need to be clear about one thing: you are the owner of your account, and you are responsible for what gets posted on it. This page explains what that means in plain language.

Your LinkedIn, your responsibility

When you sign up for LinkUpOS, you provide a LinkedIn profile URL. By doing so, you confirm that:

  • The LinkedIn profile you provide is yours and you are the authorized owner of that account.
  • You have full authority to post, comment, and send connection requests from that account.
  • You will review, edit, or skip any content before posting it (unless you explicitly enable auto-posting on a Premium plan).
  • You accept full responsibility for all content posted to your LinkedIn, whether you wrote it, edited it, or approved it through LinkUpOS.

Hold harmless

By using LinkUpOS, you agree to hold harmless LinkUpOS, its owners, operators, affiliates, and any associated parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Content posted to your LinkedIn account through or inspired by LinkUpOS.
  • Any consequences of LinkedIn engagement activity (comments, posts, connection requests) performed using the service.
  • Any third-party claims related to content on your LinkedIn profile.
  • Account restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by LinkedIn as a result of activity on your account.

You agree not to hold LinkUpOS, its products, owners, or any associated parties liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your use of the service.

What we do to protect you

We take identity verification seriously. Here is what we do on our end:

  • Email verification. Every signup requires a verified email address via a one-time code.
  • Duplicate prevention. No two accounts can use the same email or the same LinkedIn profile URL.
  • Payment verification. We collect a payment method on file to deter fraudulent signups.
  • Activity monitoring. We monitor account activity patterns to detect misuse.
  • Quality gates. Premium auto-posted content passes through an AI quality check before going live.

We do everything reasonable to ensure that the person signing up is the owner of the LinkedIn account they provide. However, no verification system is perfect. In rare cases, mistakes can happen. If you believe someone has registered your LinkedIn profile without your authorization, contact us immediately at daily@linkupos.com and we will investigate and remove the account.

Content is a starting point

Everything LinkUpOS generates is a draft. It is designed to sound like you, based on the voice profile you configure. But it is your responsibility to:

  • Review content before posting (on non-Premium plans, you always copy and paste manually).
  • Edit anything that does not feel right.
  • Skip anything you would not say yourself.
  • Ensure factual accuracy of any claims in your posts or comments.

On Premium plans with auto-posting enabled, content passes through an automated quality gate, but you retain the ability to pause, review, and override at any time.

Agreement

By checking the responsibility box during signup, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the LinkedIn profile you provided, you accept full responsibility for all content and activity on your account, and you agree to hold LinkUpOS and all associated parties harmless from any claims or damages.
