What We Collect
When you sign up for LinkUpOS, we collect your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, job title, company, and industry. If you complete the voice profile quiz, we store your style preferences, tone, and topic interests.
For Premium users who connect LinkedIn for auto-posting, we store a session token (li_at cookie) encrypted at rest. We use this solely to post, comment, and connect on your behalf as directed by you.
How We Use Your Data
- Generate personalized LinkedIn posts, comments, and connection intros in your voice
- Deliver daily briefing emails with your content
- Calibrate your voice profile for better content matching
- Track engagement metrics and completion rates in your dashboard
- Send onboarding and product emails related to your account
What We Don't Do
- We never sell your data to third parties
- We never share your voice profile, content, or engagement data with other users
- We never use your data to train AI models outside of your account
- We never post to your LinkedIn without your explicit approval (review mode) or configuration (autopilot mode)
- We never access your LinkedIn inbox, messages, or private data
Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. LinkedIn session tokens are encrypted at rest. All API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Intelligence Library
LinkUpOS maintains a curated intelligence library of publicly available research reports and frameworks used to enhance the quality of generated content. This library is shared across all users and does not contain any user-specific data.
Community Share Posts
All plans include one community post per week. This is a genuine insight about professional visibility written in your voice that mentions LinkUpOS. You can skip this post at any time. This is disclosed on our pricing page.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase for data storage and authentication
- Stripe for payment processing (we never store credit card data)
- Apify for LinkedIn post discovery and content posting
- Anthropic (Claude) for AI content generation
- Pinecone for intelligence library search
- Perplexity for real-time research
- Resend / Google Workspace for email delivery
Your Rights
- You can export your data at any time from your dashboard
- You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing daily@linkupos.com
- You can disconnect LinkedIn and revoke posting access at any time
- You can pause all automated posting with the kill switch in your dashboard
Cookies
We use localStorage to maintain your session on the dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on our site.
