By using LinkUpOS, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service. LinkUpOS automates actions on your LinkedIn account at your direction. You are solely responsible for all activity performed through your account.
1. Service Description
LinkUpOS is an AI-powered content generation and LinkedIn engagement tool. The service generates posts, comments, and connection request messages personalized to your voice profile and professional context. Depending on your plan, content may be delivered for manual use or posted automatically to your LinkedIn account.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkUpOS.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One LinkUpOS account per LinkedIn profile. Multiple accounts for the same LinkedIn profile are not permitted.
3. LinkedIn Automation Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- LinkedIn's Terms: Automated posting, commenting, and connection requests may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service. By enabling auto-posting features, you accept full responsibility for any consequences, including account restrictions, suspension, or permanent ban by LinkedIn.
- No Guarantees: LinkUpOS does not guarantee any specific level of engagement, impressions, follower growth, connection acceptance rates, or business outcomes. Results vary based on your industry, network, content quality, and LinkedIn's algorithms.
- Content Responsibility: While we generate content in your voice, you are the publisher of record. All posts, comments, and messages sent from your LinkedIn account are your responsibility, whether manually posted or auto-posted by LinkUpOS.
- No Liability for Account Actions: LinkUpOS is not responsible for any damage to your LinkedIn account, professional reputation, business relationships, or lost opportunities resulting from the use of automated posting features.
- Third-Party Platform Risk: LinkedIn may change its API, terms, or enforcement at any time. LinkUpOS cannot guarantee uninterrupted posting capability. If LinkedIn blocks or restricts automated access, we will pause your automation but are not liable for service interruption.
4. Auto-Posting Consent (Premium Tier)
If you enable auto-posting (Review Mode or Autopilot Mode), you explicitly consent to:
- LinkUpOS posting content to your LinkedIn feed on your behalf
- LinkUpOS commenting on other users' posts from your LinkedIn account
- LinkUpOS sending connection requests with personalized messages from your account
- LinkUpOS storing an encrypted session token to authenticate with LinkedIn
You may revoke this consent at any time by:
- Using the Kill Switch in your dashboard to pause all automated posting immediately
- Disconnecting your LinkedIn session from the Settings tab
- Downgrading to a non-Premium plan
- Emailing daily@linkupos.com to request full disconnection
5. Community Share Posts
All plans include one community share post per week. This is a genuine insight about professional visibility written in your voice that naturally mentions LinkUpOS. You may skip this post at any time. This is transparently disclosed on our pricing page. By using the service, you acknowledge this feature exists.
6. AI-Generated Content
- All content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we calibrate to your voice and use verified research sources, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, awkward phrasing, or contextually inappropriate statements.
- You are encouraged to review all content before posting (Review Mode is available on all Premium accounts).
- If you choose Autopilot Mode, content is posted without your individual review. You accept the risk of content being posted that you have not personally approved.
- LinkUpOS uses a multi-layer quality gate to minimize errors, but no automated system is perfect.
7. Intelligence Library
LinkUpOS maintains a curated library of publicly available research and frameworks. Citations in generated content reference real reports from named sources (McKinsey, Deloitte, Bain, etc.). We verify all statistics before inclusion. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party research cited in your content.
8. Payments and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
- You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the billing period ends.
- Free tier users may be subject to usage limits that change over time.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKUPOS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION, LINKEDIN ACCOUNT ACCESS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkUpOS, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, content posted to your LinkedIn account, or violation of these terms.
11. Service Availability
- LinkUpOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
- Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily interrupt service.
- LinkedIn platform changes may affect service functionality without notice.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use LinkUpOS for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
- Share your account credentials or session tokens with others
- Use the service to impersonate another person
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API
- Use the service to spread misinformation or deceptive content
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Third-Party Sub-Processors
LinkUpOS relies on third-party service providers to deliver its platform. By using LinkUpOS, you acknowledge that your data is processed by these providers under their respective terms:
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation. Voice profile and topic data are sent for content creation.
- Supabase — Database and authentication. All account and content data.
- Unipile — LinkedIn automation. Session tokens and content for posting, commenting, and connecting.
- Apify — LinkedIn post discovery. Search queries and topic keywords.
- Apollo.io — Prospect discovery. ICP criteria and industry filters.
- Perplexity — Real-time research enrichment. Topic queries.
- Stripe — Payment processing. Email and payment method (handled entirely by Stripe).
- Google Workspace — Email delivery. Recipient email and briefing content.
LinkUpOS is not liable for the actions, outages, data breaches, or policy changes of any third-party provider. For the full sub-processor disclosure, see our AI Disclaimer & Indemnity Agreement.
17. Content Ownership
Content generated by LinkUpOS for your account is owned by you upon delivery. LinkUpOS retains no rights to content posted to your LinkedIn account. However, LinkUpOS may retain anonymized, aggregated data about content performance for service improvement purposes.
18. Corporate Entity
LinkUpOS is a product owned and operated by Level9OS LLC. All references to “LinkUpOS” in these terms and all related legal documents refer to Level9OS LLC as the operating entity.
