Important: By using LinkUpOS, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this document.
This agreement governs the use of artificial intelligence in content generation, automated LinkedIn actions, and the processing of your data through third-party services. Read it carefully.
1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All content produced by LinkUpOS, including but not limited to LinkedIn posts, comments, connection request messages, intelligence reports, and voice analysis, is generated by artificial intelligence. Specifically:
- Content is generated using large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) and is not written, reviewed, or approved by human employees of LinkUpOS prior to delivery.
- AI-generated content is a suggestion, not professional advice. It does not constitute legal, financial, career, medical, or any other form of professional guidance.
- AI models may produce content that is inaccurate, contextually inappropriate, factually incorrect, or inconsistent with your professional standards.
- No AI system is perfect. Despite quality gates, voice calibration, and governance rules, errors will occur.
2. User Responsibility for Content
You are the publisher of record for all content posted to your LinkedIn account.
- Review Mode: You review and approve each piece of content before it is published. By clicking Approve, you accept full responsibility for that content.
- Autopilot Mode: Content is published automatically without your individual review. By enabling Autopilot, you accept full responsibility for all content posted, including content you have not personally reviewed.
- Manual Mode: Content is delivered to you via email or dashboard for copy-and-paste. By choosing to post it on LinkedIn, you accept full responsibility.
In all modes, LinkUpOS provides content as a starting point. You are encouraged to review, edit, or skip any content that does not meet your standards.
3. Full Liability Release
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE LINKUPOS, LEVEL9OS LLC, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES FROM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM:
- Content posted to your LinkedIn account, whether reviewed or auto-posted
- Damage to your LinkedIn account, including restrictions, suspension, or permanent ban
- Damage to your professional reputation or business relationships
- Lost business opportunities, revenue, or professional advancement
- Connection requests sent on your behalf that are unwanted by recipients
- Inaccurate statistics, citations, or factual claims in generated content
- Any downstream consequences of AI-generated content, including third-party claims
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkUpOS, Level9OS LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service or any content posted to your LinkedIn account through LinkUpOS
- Your violation of any term of this agreement or the Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party right, including LinkedIn's Terms of Service
- Any claim by a third party related to content published from your account
- Your failure to review content before approving it for publication
5. Third-Party Service Providers
LinkUpOS processes your data through the following third-party services. Each service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. LinkUpOS is not liable for the actions, outages, data handling, or policy changes of these providers:

You acknowledge that your data is transmitted to these services as a necessary part of the LinkUpOS platform. LinkUpOS selects providers with appropriate security practices but does not guarantee the security or availability of any third-party service.
6. No Warranties
- LinkUpOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your professional goals.
- We do not warrant that automated LinkedIn actions will succeed, be received positively, or produce any specific business outcome.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or compatibility with LinkedIn's evolving policies.
7. AI Model Limitations
The AI models used by LinkUpOS:
- Are developed and operated by third parties (currently Anthropic). LinkUpOS does not control model training, behavior, or outputs.
- May produce content that inadvertently infringes on intellectual property, includes factual errors, or reflects biases present in training data.
- May change in capability, behavior, or availability without notice as the model provider updates its systems.
- Are not a substitute for human judgment. Critical professional communications should always be reviewed by the user before publication.
8. Data Processing and Retention
- Your voice profile, content history, and engagement data are stored in our database to personalize your experience.
- Content generated for you is stored for quality improvement and governance auditing.
- We do not use your data to train AI models. Your voice profile and content are used solely for your content generation.
- Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- LinkedIn session tokens are encrypted at rest and used exclusively for posting on your behalf.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration against LinkUpOS or Level9OS LLC.
10. Corporate Entity
LinkUpOS is a product owned and operated by Level9OS LLC. All references to “LinkUpOS” in this agreement and all related legal documents refer to Level9OS LLC as the operating entity. All liability protections, indemnification clauses, and limitations in this agreement extend to Level9OS LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates.
11. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
